Principales fonctions
Job Mission: Lead sales operations in a given region, with higher financial results and/or more complex, focusing on achieving sales goals, expanding the customer base and strengthening the company's presence in the region.
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure the management of people and commercial technical monitoring of RTVs and ATVs, provide appropriate feedback, control operating expenses, as well as the delivery of indicators with quality and operational efficiency; support, motivate, evaluate and develop your team, ensuring the achievement of goals, establishing action plans and ways to improve results and quality.
- Develop and implement regional sales strategies aligned with the company's objectives and the guidelines established by the National Sales Manager/Board; Monitor the market regarding prices, deadlines, offers, competition, competing products, launches, in order to identify the behavior of the competition, presenting suggestions to overcome them; Develop and implement the company's sales strategy, aligned with growth and expansion goals;
- Collaborate with other areas of the company (Field Solutions, Marketing, Production, Regulatory...) to ensure an integrated offer of products and services that meet customer needs, such as complaints arising from product quality problems.; promote interaction between departments, with the objective of getting the best out of each one and creating actions that generate results.
- Participate in the construction of the sales budget, 5yp, and annual expenses, proposing and structuring goals for the sales team, ensuring that the objectives are achieved; keep the annual sales forecast and the next 12 months up to date; manage the sales pipeline and track the progress of negotiations, ensuring that business activities are aligned with established goals and deadlines; analyze sales results and prepare periodic reports to present to the National Sales Manager and senior management, highlighting achievements and identifying areas for improvement;
- Perform customer and sales management, bonuses and expenses for events, commissions, discounts, rebate contracts and agencies, reseller inventories, returns, credit approvals and delinquency control; ensure that customer documentation is kept up to date for credit purposes; Ensuring the application of ethical business practices and in compliance with relevant regulations, promoting the positive image of the company in the region;
- Manage the team, selecting professionals with the Human Capital Management area, evaluating results and performances, training, guiding and suggesting movements; Monitor the vacation schedules of the employees of your team, with the GCH. Carry out movements at the CHRD: approvals and inclusions of salary changes, admission approvals, change of function and award stages.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers and strategic partners in the region, seeking long-term partnerships and new business opportunities; participating in events, internal and external, representing the company in conventions, seminars, conferences, fairs, field days and congresses. In order to follow, encourage and disseminate the Marketing actions promoted by Lallemand (Laltraining, Lalcast...). in the region, as well as assessing customer demand;
- Deliver products (except sharp instruments and blunt piercing instruments, unless essential for the performance of its activity; explosives, combustibles and/or chemical or chemical pesticides that present an imminent risk to health or flammable) to customers with prior alignment of the National Manager, when necessary.
- Provide support to the CRM project (Dynamics 365 - CPD), directed to the commercial with a focus on strategic planning and data management; to the blockchain project, aligned with commercial strategies. As well as providing training for the Commercial team of CRM, forecast, reports, indicators and the like.
